By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Once approved by the Artist’s management, your offer becomes a binding agreement. You agree to pay the full negotiated amount regardless of whether contracts have been returned or a deposit has been paid.
2. You agree to notify American Artists immediately of any conflicts or issues related to your event or selected date.
3. If the event date changes for any unavoidable reason, the Artist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. If the Artist is unable to do so, you remain responsible for the originally agreed terms and date.
4. By submitting this offer, you confirm that you have the authority to make it on behalf of the Buyer.
5. Once submitted, this offer is considered a firm offer. If accepted by or on behalf of the Artist, it becomes a legally binding agreement.
6. Formal documentation may be prepared later to include the material terms of the offer and the Artist’s standard requirements. Until then, the accepted offer remains legally binding.
